Do you have a keen interest in teaching and learning and are keen to develop in a team where theory is put into practice?

Do you have a particular curriculum area of interest which you would like to develop in a creative and exciting federation?

We are looking for experienced class teachers to join our middle leadership tier as a leader of learning or subject lead.

As a leader you will have an important role to support and lead the school into the future; you will have the opportunity to develop teaching and learning whilst working with a curriculum which fully supports a cross curricular approach. Consistently high expectations to support the education of the whole child is a core value we embrace at Soaring Skies Federation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic teachers who are committed to professional growth and are collaborative team players who will share our vision for education. 

The Soaring Skies federation are seeking to appoint Leaders of Learning who:

· have consistently high expectations, seeking high achievement for children regardless of their starting point;

· are innovative, nurturing and approachable, able to model professional and school values;

· have the ability to build relationships with parents, other schools and the wider community;

· are able to effectively adapt to changing circumstances, maintaining a high level of performance;

We are a federation of two primary schools in Hackney (Colvestone Primary School & Thomas Fairchild Community School). We have a clear vision and passion for education. We are committed to high quality provision for all our children and believe that creativity is at the heart of education.
