We are seeking to appoint a Leader of Learning (Head of Year) of outstanding calibre to work within an experienced and highly successful pastoral team.

The successful candidate will lead a team of tutors to contribute to the success of our students in achieving their potential. The school has an innovative approach to pastoral care and inclusion which is recognised as a model of excellence, and promotes the role of the form tutor in fostering a culture of learning.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of pastoral leadership.
