Could you lead on the PHSE curriculum, currently taught in a dedicated 1 hour per week to years 7 and 8?  Could you ensure that PHSE is mapped out across the remaining year groups to ensure that a broad and balanced curriculum is being delivered? Could you organise whole school ‘drop down days’ (immersion days) in PHSE throughout the year? Are you able to manage the Careers Officer?

The successful candidates will:

• be an outstanding  teacher (of any discipline, but we’d love to hear from you if you teach in English, Maths, Psychology and Science). 

• have a huge belief in the importance of the PHSE curriculum 

• ensure engaging SoW are delivered and the profile of PHSE/Careers is raised
