The Raglan Schools is a federation of Raglan Infant and Junior Schools with 900 pupils and a team of 120 staff. We are a large organisation in the Bush Hill Park area of Enfield, both schools are judged to be “good.”

We are structured in four teams with an Assistant Headteacher leading and managing each of these phases. The role of the leading teacher is to work alongside the AHT and support the teaching and learning in the team as well as taking a leading role in a subject or development area across the schools. This is a new post is specific to EYFS and will be based in a Reception class. 

We are looking for a teacher who is: 

  • An excellent classroom practitioner (particularly EYFS);
  • A good communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to offer support and direction for pupils and staff.

This post does have a class responsibility with non-contact time to carry out the role. We are able to offer:

About The Raglan Junior School

The Raglan Schools is a Federation of Raglan Infant and Junior Schools with 930 pupils including a nursery. Situated in Bush Hill Park in Enfield the school has good transport links and is close to Enfield Town. Both schools have been rated GOOD by OfSTED in 2023 (Infants) and 2019 (Juniors) and very much operate as an all-through primary school from Nursery to Year 6.
