The role will be part of the Learner Recruitment team which includes such duties relating to admissions, reception service, enrolments, school liaison, open events, advice and guidance and general office duties. As the first point of contact to the college your role is essential to ensuring high customer services standards in all forms of communication.

You must have experience of working in a customer services environment and ideally will have some knowledge of funding requirements and funding assessments. The main system utilised by the college is EBS, and whilst experience of this is desirable, it is not essential.
