Derby College is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide a high quality information, advice and guidance service to both potential and current Derby College learners. This information is provided to Learners from the beginning to the end of their learner journey.
The successful candidate will also be required to deliver an outstanding learner support experience ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered at all stages.
The ideal candidate will also need to demonstrate flexibility to co-ordinate and deliver pre entry information and advice events both on and off college sites. Access to own vehicle is essential in order to travel to and from customers within the Derbyshire area.
