Hours: Part-time, 29 hours per week

Salary: £22,638 – £23,928

The Learner Services Adviser provides high-quality information, advice, and guidance to support learners' academic and personal development. The role manages key processes, including admissions, enrolment, and course-related enquiries, to ensure a positive learner experience. Additional responsibilities include reception duties, supporting open events, attending school fairs, and promoting Waltham Forest College courses to prospective students.
