About the Role

If so, Outcomes First Group have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learning & Development Coordinator!

As our Learning & Development Coordinator you’ll provide a responsive, flexible, high quality and efficient administrative support function for the Talent Function at Outcomes First Group

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience to all customers

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Able to evidence some exposure to Learning & Development
  • Able to produce talent data regarding our existing teams that informs decision making
  • Detailed orientated with a focus on organisation and coordination
  • Able to engage with a range of stakeholders from colleagues to external bodies
  • Professional and understands what good customer service looks like
  • An experience of dealing with Apprenticeships and Qualifications would be advantageous
  • Process-driven, and looks at process improvement and ways of working on an ongoing basis
  • Very proficient in the Microsoft Office package
  • Able to work under pressure and flex their approach and style to meet demands
  • Can work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate through a range of different media
  • Self-motivated, requires minimal supervision

About Talent:

This is an exciting time to join our Talent team. The team are currently transitioning to provide an updated high quality, modern Talent offering to our existing team that will enable outstanding outcomes for our children, young adults, and vulnerable adults. This is not a recruitment support role but a role that supports the internal development of our team members to enable us to recruit from within our current talent pool.
