The Role

We require a Learning and Teaching Assistant (LTA) with strong literacy and numeracy skills and a professional approach to provide support to our teachers and students in the classroom, covering a variety of learning activities.

You will also provide support to the wider school and as an integral member of the Learning & Teaching team. You will be part of the planning and development meetings each week and required to provide class cover when needed. The ideal candidate will relish the challenge of working in a fast paced environment. They will be highly committed and unwavering in their desire to make a real difference to the lives of young people.

About Us

Currently a one form entry school, we are excited to be growing and expanding into two form entry as our pupil numbers continue to increase year on year. We are very fortunate to have a brand-new building that provides us with a bespoke environment to benefit both children and staff. Working with staff to create an effective and efficient working environment is important to support the wellbeing of all our staff.
