One-to-One Learning Assistant
Salary £14,391.52 per annum | 37 hours per week | Term-time (34 weeks per year)
One Year Fixed-Term Contract from September 2018
We are advertising for a one-to-one Learning Assistant within our Prep School to support at pupil in Year 3. The role will be working in our second phase: Ffrome Court, which is specifically for Year 3 and 4 students. A real focus in this phase is on personal, social, health and citizenship education, where children are encouraged to become hard working, caring and co-operative Young Felstedians.
The successful candidate will be supporting the class teacher with an individual child on a one-to-one basis. Other duties may include from time to time preparing materials, supervision of children in the classroom and playground and general classroom tidying up.

This role is a fixed-term position from 01 September 2018 until 31 August 2019. The hours of work are Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:15am to 3:45pm and Tuesday from 8:15am to 5:55pm during term-time only (34 weeks per year).
