Learning Assistant

37 hours a week, term time only (39 weeks)

You will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside of the classroom environment; this will include working with pupils who have specific learning needs. You will be a professional role model to the pupils, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.

To be successful you must have:

• excellent communication skills
• the ability to provide support that is second to none
• experience in an early years environment 
• first rate team working skills

· a professional approach and high personal standards.

Please note that this role is required to work 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, in term time only. This is reflected in the pro rata salary.
