Glebe is a diverse, vibrant school in Kenton, Harrow. We have over 600 children, 80 staff and a large community of families committed to our school.
We are seeking new staff to support our future vision to achieve the best outcomes for every Glebe child.

We are seeking LEARNING ASSISTANTS as part of the future vision. This would also suit GRADUATES looking to gain experience ahead of future TEACHER TRAINING which the school offers.

This role focuses on ensuring every child learns, feels safe and can achieve their best through the support and encouragement provided in their learning.
Online searches will form a part of our safeguarding and safer recruitment processes. Safeguarding is at the core of every role in the school.

You should:
Understand the importance of safeguarding
Be child focused
Be patient, able to learn quickly and adapt learning for children
Work positively and proactively
Be a team player
Understand safeguarding and behaviour management
Enjoy working in a school setting
School hours are 8.30am-3.30pm, Mon-Fri, Term Time Only, with 30 min unpaid lunch, This is a fixed term contract contract subject to new student registrations.
