Exciting opportunity for a Learning Assistant to join our friendly team.
The Woodvale Primary Academy is a large vibrant and caring school located in Northampton. It caters for pupils from Nursery to Year 6 and is led by the Principal Janet Pallister. We want to ensure pupils have the very best opportunities to achieve the best outcomes possible.
To be successful you will:
· be able to demonstrate a range of behavioural management strategies and teaching skills
· be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
· be highly organised and able provide support that is second to none
· have first class communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with parent/careers and outside agencies
· enthusiastic and have the skills to challenge and motivate all our pupils.
