We are seeking to appoint a committed and talented Learning Assistant to work at the Green Oaks Primary Academy.

Working under the direction of the Class Teacher, you will promote development and learning, and will help to ensure full participation. This will involve working on a one to one basis and in small groups within the Year 3/4 class.

The ideal candidate will;

  • be able to demonstrate a range of behaviour management strategies and teaching skills
  • be well organised and have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
  • possess excellent communication skills at all levels in order to be able to liaise effectively with parent/carers and outside agencies
  • have previous experience of working in a similar role.
