We are seeking to appoint a committed and talented Learning Assistant to work with a names pupil at the Skegness Junior Academy.
We are seeking to appoint a committed and talented Learning Assistant to work with a named pupil with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Working under the direction of the Class Teacher, you will promote development and learning, and will help to ensure full participation. This position is fixed term, as it is linked to pupil funding and will include working with small groups and on a one to one basis.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;
• a range of behaviour management strategies and teaching skills
• be well organised and have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
• possess excellent communication skills, at all levels in order to be able to liaise effective with parent/carers and outside agencies
• have previous experience of working in a similar role.

The role is for 30 hours a week, term time only therefore this is reflected in the pro rata salary.
