Learning Coach

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Coach to work within our Learning Support facility and challenge our students to be the very best they can be.

The successful candidate will promote the highest possible standards and expectations of attainment and behaviour and play a crucial part in ensuring that the most vulnerable students in school can successfully overcome barriers and develop emotionally, socially and academically in order to make successful progress as a Lathom learner.

Our drive is to provide an inclusive education so that all students can successfully access education in the classroom. Supporting children with learning and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs is important and rewarding work, and you will benefit from the tremendous support offered by our hugely dedicated and experienced staff team.
