Learning Coach

Permanent |30 hours per week |Term Time only (39 weeks per year)
St Paul’s Way Trust School, in association with Queen Mary, University of London, is seeking to appoint an exceptionally well qualified and talented Learning Coaches to work within our Deaf Support Base and Additional Educational Needs departments.
This is an outstanding opportunity for talented learning coaches with a passion for providing an inclusive learning environment for all students. You will have an excellent understanding of the role that teaching assistants play in enhancing the learning and attainment of students with Additional Educational Needs.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, who will liaise with a range of subject teachers and other professionals. You will have the opportunity to join a highly effective team of learning coaches who have created a thriving inclusive teaching culture for all students at St Paul’s way Trust School.
There is the possibility of successful candidates working within the Deaf Support Base with Deaf/HI students if they have relevant experience and British Sign Language to level 1 or above.
In March 2013, Ofsted described the school as ‘Outstanding’ in every category, including the sixth form. The school was commended for its “relentless pursuit of scholarship and excellence”. Our award-winning new building is situated in the heart of East London. Professor Brian Cox OBE is our patron.
