Learning Facilitator 

Location: Chesterfield Salary: (£18,022 to £19,095 pro-rata per annum)  

Actual salary £10,102.02 - £10,703.48 per annum

(25 hours per week/37weeks per year) 


The College is looking to appoint a Learning Facilitator to join its developing Library Learning Resources team. We are seeking a dynamic individual who understands popular and emerging learning resource formats. Has a passion for delivering excellent customer service in supporting and guiding students with their learning.


This is an exciting opportunity to take on a cross college support role that will directly impact on the student experience. The successful candidate will work across the Chesterfield College group. 

The role will;

 •      Provide excellent customer service in the delivery of directed support for College learners, both face to face and online.

 • Direct and support learners to use the appropriate resources available that meet their needs and develop their independent learning. 

• As part of the Library Learning Resource team you will develop and maintain learning resource systems, stock and related technologies.

The working hours for this post will be;  

Monday – 11.30am to 5pm 

Tuesday – 8.30am to 5pm 

Wednesday – 12pm to 6pm 

Thursday – 10.30am to 4pm
