An opportunity has arisen for a Learning Facilitator to work within the Creative Industries curriculum areas with a focus on the Music and Performing Arts learners based at the Baltic Campus. We are looking for a pro-active, inspiring and caring individual who can motivate students to make excellent progress towards their academic, creative and career ambitions. As a Learning Facilitator, you will offer excellent pastoral, learning and general support to learners, ensuring that learner progress is effectively monitored through target setting and effective communication. The post holder will liaise closely with colleagues to track and monitor progress, as well as provide both group and one-to-one support to learners. You will support the development of the learners personal, social and work ready skills as well as develop sessions in PREVENT, British Values and other core curriculum topics.
