Quintin Kynaston is a vibrant and stimulating environment in which to work. We have a large and highly diverse student population which is very well supported by staff and governors.

QK is an excellent place to develop your career. Set in a fantastic location in central London, we moved into a £35 million new building in January 2015 and opened a new £1.5 million Sixth Form Centre in January 2016.

At QK, your professional development is important to us; we have a rigorous CPD programme that is tailored to the needs of all our staff. Whether you join us as a member of support staff, an NQT or a Senior Leader, we provide and invest in staff for continual professional development with our ethos of always striving for excellence.

Our mission statement is very simple; we aim to ‘develop the best in every student’. We place a high value on both academic qualifications and whole child development. Everyone at the school focuses on preparing students for life, and not just the next stage of their education. They are taught to be ‘Ready – Respectful – Safe’, the three key words from our behaviour policy. Our core values of ‘Aspiration – Resilience – Community’ underpin all we do. Our students aspire for the best education and careers, respond positively to a high level of challenge and seize all the opportunities on offer as part of a cohesive and nurturing community. Families form a huge part of this community. QK students benefit from very hard working and talented staff who value the partnership between home and school. By working together there is no limit to what we can achieve.
