Grade 5, SCP 18-23 £26,453 to £29,799 (pro rata applied).

36 hours 40 minutes per week, 8am – 3.50pm, Monday to Friday / Term time only plus 1 INSET day.

 

We are looking to appoint innovative and enthusiastic individuals who have the passion and ability to support high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects in school and can create a purposeful learning atmosphere in a classroom and ensure that behaviour and learning is managed to the highest standards. A calm disposition, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for the role.

Our Learning Managers are an important team, who provide stability and continuity for students’ learning by covering lessons for short-term teacher absence (up to 10 days).

The role is pivotal to improving Learning and Teaching and as such are included in the school’s programme of professional development for classroom practitioners. This is an ideal opportunity therefore for you to personally develop in the role. A great stepping stone for further work with students.

This position will be based at The Radclyffe School but may from time to time require travel as necessary to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based.
