We are looking for an outstanding, experienced practitioner to lead our successful Languages Learning Area across school.
Through high quality learning and teaching this Learning Area consistently receives results above local and national averages at all key stages.
The successful applicant will be leading a team of highly experienced, supportive and dedicated staff who deliver Welsh, French and German across Key Stages 3 to 5. The team includes a Bilingualism and Welsh Coordinator, MFL Subject Leader and KS3 Welsh Subject Leader.

Based in Flintshire County, Castell Alun High School is a very successful secondary school for children aged between 11 and 18, with over 1350 students on roll. Around 360 of those are in sixth form. It is an English medium comprehensive situated in the village of Hope, Flintshire.
