About the role

As a Learning Manager, you must have the ability to work with students and have a real interest in the issues faced by the students. You will monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviourally. You will work closely with the Inclusion Co-ordinator and the Leadership Team on improving both student behaviour, attendances and outcomes. Day to day, you will work with students to help them be the best they can be.

The successful candidate must be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and be able to lead by example is essential. You will be required to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional and confidential manner.

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus 15 days.
