Job overview

We are seeking a Learning Manager to join The Radclyffe School. As a Learning Manager, you will be responsible for providing stability and continuity for students’ learning by covering lessons for short-term teacher absence (up to 10 days).

 

We hope to appoint an innovative and enthusiastic individual who has the passion and ability to support high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects in school. You must have the ability to create a purposeful learning atmosphere in a classroom and ensure that behaviour and learning is managed to the highest standards. A calm disposition, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for the role. You must have English and Maths G.C.S.E. (Grade C or above or equivalent) and at least one G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.

 

Our Learning Managers are pivotal to improving Learning and Teaching and as such are included in the school’s programme of professional development for classroom practitioners. This is an ideal opportunity therefore for you to personally develop in the role. A great stepping stone for further work with students.
