We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic learning mentor who is dedicated to ensuring that children receive excellent pastoral and learning support and the best possible care. Working with teaching staff, the SENDCo and outside agencies, you will be responsible for assisting in the comprehensive assessment of children and their needs, providing them with appropriate support and guidance and communicating efficiently and effectively with parents. You will be required to work flexibly, using your initiative to find solutions and overcome challenges.
