The successful candidate will be committed to the safeguarding of all students. They will be well organised, willing to go the ‘extra mile’ and will be focussed on the attainment of all students. They will support the corporate responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all students in the academy.
You will be passionate about raising aspirations and helping children reach their full potential. They will be enthusiastic, innovative and a flexible team player, having the ability to build effective relationships with students and families. The Learning Mentor will provide support for students across the academy.
