At BFS we are unashamedly ambitious for our pupils and aim to be one of the best schools locally and nationally. Your role in helping us achieve this will be to support every child to be able to benefit from our positive ethos, underpinned by strict discipline and the highest expectations.
Our school is known for its ‘no excuses, can-do’ culture that seeks to prepare all of its pupils to have the opportunity of a pathway to university. If you are passionate about helping all pupils, regardless of background, to achieve this, then this could be the role for you.
Small school, big curriculum, infinite possibilities.
We are a small school, where teachers and pupils know each other and look out for each other.
