LAT Academies Trust currently includes two other free schools, Church Lawton School & Vanguard School. The schools work to maximise the standards, curriculum offer, training and employment opportunities. This role will enable you to influence & contribute to the future of the LAT Academies Trust schools.

· knowledgeable about effective pedagogy for autistic pupils
· be naturally resilient and a team player who can work collaboratively in a multi-professional team

Thames Valley School in Reading is an Autism Specific Specialist Free School, providing education to 54 children and young people aged 4 to 16.
