We are seeking an individual with strong child-centred values, resilience and a proven ability to develop relationships with young people and their families in order to break down barriers to learning and enable them to re-engage with Education.

The candidate needs to have experience of working with young people with SEND and or mental health needs.

We are also proud to work in close partnership with parents and carers to ensure our children and young people develop skills for life. We are here to ensure that every single student has the best opportunities to flourish through personalised learning.

Becton School is a unique, complex, caring and wonderful place. We are currently judged “Good” by Ofsted and we are proud of our great reputation with children and families, other professionals, other agencies and Sheffield Local Authority.

Becton School is part of Nexus Multi-Academy-Trust. Our vision for Nexus is that we are constantly "Learning together, to be the best we can be".
