About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning Resource  Centre Coordinator to lead the development of our Innovation Centre into a dynamic hub of academic support, creativity, and independent learning. This is a unique opportunity to shape a space that inspires students, supports their academic journey, and fosters a culture of lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Innovation Centre, ensuring it is welcoming, organised, and well-resourced.
Deliver engaging study skills workshops and provide one-on-one academic support.
Manage and curate a wide range of learning resources, both physical and digital.
Organise guest speakers, academic events, and reading initiatives.
Collaborate with staff and external partners to introduce innovative learning practices.

Person Specification

Essential:
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in education, library services, or a related field. Minimum of two years' experience in similar role.
Experience in academic support, student engagement and resource management.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A passion for student development and innovation in education.
The ideal candidate will possess a confident and authoritative presence, with the ability to effectively manage behaviour and set clear expectations within the Learning Resource Centre.

Desirable:
Familiarity with digital learning tools and academic resource systems.
Ability to build partnerships and coordinate events.
