Salary: £17,196 - £18,002 per annum plus excellent benefits including generous leave entitlement 

Hours: 37 hours per week worked according to a timetable between 8.15 am and 8.00 pm. Part time posts may also be considered. There will be occasional work until 10.00 pm and occasional weekend working 

Location: Exeter 

Contract Type: Permanent 


Working within a busy environment with a strong customer service ethos you will provide the main point of contact for our Learning Resources Centre customers, welcoming them and assisting them in accessing resources and facilities including learning supplies, media equipment and library services. You will be providing excellent customer service and support to learners and staff as well as carrying out activities associated with the running of the centres. You will need to have experience of working in a busy customer service role within a library, media equipment or retail related service. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team in the College.
