Learning Resources Assistant
Pro rata of £16,793 - £17,822 (i.e. £13,886.52 - £14,737.42) per annum
37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (paid for 43 weeks) As a Learning Resources Assistant you will enjoy working in a busy Learning Resources Centre, with fresh challenges on a daily basis.
You will be helping students find and use resources and assisting colleagues with improving and maintaining stock, facilities and shelving. Experience of working in a library in a customer service context is essential as are proven IT, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of working in further education would be advantageous, and you will ideally hold a qualification in administration, IT or library work. Please refer to the terms and conditions page within the job description, for further details of the pro rata salary.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size.
Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
