Learning Resources Facilitator 0.63 FTE 

Redbridge campus 

£14,203 per annum (pro-rated salary)  

Part-time: 25 hours a week (permanent) Term Time only 40 weeks per year.

We serve a culturally and socially diverse community and offer a wide variety of courses including Access to HE, ESOL, A-levels, creative and performing arts, and business.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative learning resources facilitator to join the New City College team.  

You will be working with work with the Campus Library Services Manager and library team to ensure provision of a high-quality front-line service to learners and staff in the library and learning centre at a designated campus.   Duties include:  assisting students in their use of the learning centre including locating print and online resources and providing support in the use of IT; staffing the enquiry desk; contributing to the promotion of the library and its services and facilities to the wider college community. 

You should have good digital and communication skills, the ability to manage your own workload and contribute to a team, and enjoy working with young people in a customer-focused environment.
