The Opportunity
This is a key opportunity for a highly organised individual to coordinate and manage all student data relating to EHCPs, High Needs students and SFA-funded learners. The role involves data management, preparing legal documentation, minute-taking, and maintaining clear communication with a range of stakeholders. In addition, you will provide vital administrative support to the High Needs Funding Lead and the Learning Support Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of funding and learning support processes across the college.

About You
You will be highly organised, and able to manage conflicting priorities and a varied workload. You will be a highly skilled communicator, with knowledge and understanding of student engagement and participation practices. You will have previous experience of working with multi-agency support networks and you will be able to interpret and present data to deliver key information.
A Business Administration Level 3 qualification or equivalent is essential for this role.

About Derby College
Derby College is a large general further education college with four sites in or near the city of Derby. It supports around 26,000 learners, who choose from more than 1,000 full-time and part-time apprenticeship, A-level, BTEC and NVQ courses.
Derby College was established as a single institution in 2002 by merging three further education colleges: Mackworth Tertiary College, Wilmorton Tertiary College and Broomfield Agricultural College. A merger between South East Derbyshire College and Derby College was approved in 2010. Heavy investment has been made by the college in its teaching and learning facilities, from the fully equipped teaching kitchens at the Roundhouse campus to the high-tech science labs at the Joseph Wright Centre and the Equestrian Centre at the Broomfield Hall campus.
