[32½ hours per week – term time only + 5 staff training days]
Park Academy West London is looking to appoint an exceptional individual to play an important role in our growing Academy.
The primary focus of the role of Learning Support Advisor is to be responsible for supporting the teacher to deliver great teaching. There will also be the opportunity to support small groups and work with individual students. You will be expected to act as a role model for students and have high expectations of conduct and behaviour.
Currently, students at Park Academy who have additional learning needs make excellent progress, that is above the national expectation. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team of staff within the Inclusion department, who are devoted to ensuring rapid and sustained progress of students at the Academy.
An effective Learning Support Adviser is an individual with exceptional drive and creativity, while also possessing a degree of flexibility and initiative, who will make a big impact in the life and learning environment of our students.
Each member of staff at Park Academy shares a drive to equip students with the qualifications, qualities and skills to reach their personal ambitions working together creatively to overcome any hurdle which might otherwise disadvantage our children.
Visits to our school are warmly welcome. For further details and application forms please contact Maria Hartzenberg, email@example.com
