Morning Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
You will:
Work 1:1 with vulnerable pupils, supporting their learning, emotional regulation, and engagement
Build strong, trusting relationships with children who need consistency and care
Support classroom activities alongside the class teacher
Adapt approaches to meet individual needs, including SEND and SEMH
Be a calm, steady, and positive presence in a busy classroom environment
This part of the role requires patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping children thrive.
Afternoon Role: Site Manager
You will:
Take responsibility for the general upkeep and maintenance of the school premises
Carry out basic repairs, DIY tasks, and preventative maintenance
Ensure the site is safe, secure, and well-presented
Manage small projects and liaise with contractors when needed
Support with health & safety checks and site compliance
This part of the role suits someone practical, proactive, and resourceful - someone who enjoys solving problems and taking pride in their environment.

Has experience working with children (school-based experience is a bonus)
Has strong DIY or maintenance skills
Is adaptable and enjoys variety in their day
Can switch confidently between nurturing support and practical tasks
Is calm under pressure, organised, and reliable
Takes initiative and ownership in both roles
