Your opportunity

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant, to join our hardworking and dedicated staff team. As a Learning Support Assistant no day is ever the same, you will work with whole classes, small intervention groups and on a one-to-one basis to support our children to access the curriculum and receive excellent educational opportunities.  We are looking for an adaptable, flexible, and resourceful individual who shares the same passion for learning as the school team and strives to seek excellence in every day.

  • be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour.
  • be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team, including working closely with outside agencies

  • be a confident and clear communicator with parents

About Frogmore Junior School

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Frogmore Junior School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Windmill Primary School, Wheatfield Primary School and Floreat Montague Park.

Actual Salary: £16,732 - £20,606

Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
