Brighton Girls has an exciting term time opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs, including autism, ADHD and deafness, to join our dedicated team of teachers and support staff.
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a complementary and supporting role, supporting a pupil with an EHC plan, recognising and implementing key approaches to learning and communication in line with the child’s EHC plan in liaison with the SENDCo and class teacher.
This role will be primarily working with our prep and/or pre-prep students.
The successful candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 TA qualification, i.e. NVQ, NNEB, City & Guilds, BTEC or have equivalent relevant experience.
