Coloma Convent Girls’ School in Shirley is recognised as one of the top non-selective secondary schools in the country. We are consistently oversubscribed and a very popular choice within the borough and other local boroughs. In October 2019 Coloma received its fifth ‘Outstanding’ Diocesan Inspection report and in 2021 was named ‘Best School in Croydon’ in the Real Schools Guide. The Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to provide on-going support for pupils with specific access needs to learning. We invite you to become part of our vibrant and engaging learning community, which promotes the highest levels of achievement and endeavours to enable all pupils to become full members of the wider society. We will expect you to engage in the whole life of the school and be able to work flexibly alongside staff and to have excellent oral and written report skills.     

This is a term time only role where your working hours will be 8:00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
