At The Hayfield School our pupils engage with their learning and they thrive on challenge. We would like to appoint a talented and committed Learning Support Assistant to support and develop SEND within school and to work with students to support their attainment, progress and development. The ideal person will be confident, emotionally intelligent, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a persuasive communicator. The successful candidate will be educated to at least A Level (or equivalent standard) and be innovative and proactive with an understanding of the barriers that SEND students face. At Hayfield School we have the highest expectations of our students therefore above all you must be relentlessly passionate about the development of students and the removal of barriers to allow each individual to reach their full potential. The Hayfield School is a great place to work where all colleagues are supported and valued, parents are supportive and the pupils are so eager to achieve. The school is situated in Auckley near Robin Hood Airport. It is a lovely part of Doncaster and really easy to get to and from. Our staff come from as far away as North Leeds, Sheffield, Scunthorpe and Nottinghamshire. It really is worth the journey.
