We are an outstanding inclusive school in south London seeking for Learning Support Assistant to start September 2025. We are values led, putting students at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an outstanding colleague who:

  • Support the inclusion of pupils with SEND in the classroom, adapting tasks and scaffolding learning where required
  • Promote and facilitate independent learning, building students’ confidence and engagement
  • Experience working with children or young people with a range of SEND, ideally in a secondary school setting
  • Patience, resilience, flexibility, and a reflective approach to supporting learning
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (minimum Grade C/4)

The Charter School North Dulwich is a fully inclusive mixed 11 - 18 community school, serving an inner city catchment area and achieves significantly above national norms. The school converted to academy status in September 2010.
