Due to increasing demand, we are actively looking to recruit quality Learning Support Assistants (LSA’s) for odd days, part-time and full-time work in Walsall.

ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for reliable and enthusiastic individuals who have recent experience in a learning support role or have a background of caring for children and young adults with SEND, for a variety of placements including supply cover, short term and longer-term assignments.

In registering an interest for this type of position you should be passionate, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team or on your own initiative.

You should be confident in your abilities to support pupils both 1:1 and in small groups who have a variety of Special Educational Needs, these primarily being ASC, Moderate Learning Difficulties, and also additional needs.


Requirements:

All staff must hold an enhanced DBS disclosure which must also be registered to the Update Service (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you), need to provide professional or academic references and attend a face to face interview. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent, referenceable school based experience within an SEN setting (within the last 5 years).
