We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant in Lyndhurst with the passion, enthusiasm and drive to support our young people in achieving their potential.

At Coxlease School, Lyndhurst, you will be part of a dedicated and lively team that focuses strongly on the core areas of education, independence and inclusion.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with class teachers to provide support for young people aged 7 to 19 with complex needs, some of whom may also be on the autistic spectrum. This will be through various subjects and using different communication and engagement techniques.

Ideally you will

  • Have experience working with children and young people
  • Have passion, enthusiasm and excellent communications skills
  • Have high levels of self-motivation
  • Be able to show patience and understanding in difficult situations

Coxlease School is an independent specialist day school, located near Lyndhurst, Hampshire. Our School enjoys a beautiful setting in the heart of the New Forest and is well situated for easy access across to many areas of southern England and the Midlands.
