The successful candidate will have:
- An understanding of specific learning needs and styles to differentiate support to pupils
- The ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook, and provide support to students in using these tools.
- The ability to plan effectively to enable multi-tasking
- A desire to help all pupils succeed
- Compassion towards the needs of the pupils.
- The ability to exchange verbal information clearly and sensitively with children and adults
- The ability to work with a range of colleagues
