The Governors are seeking to appoint a part-time Learning Support Assistant to work 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). You will be joining a growing and dynamic team with experienced, supportive and creative members of staff, dedicated to the teaching and learning of all students.
General Professional Responsibilities include:
• To work with teachers and other members of the Learning Support Department to raise the learning and attainment of pupils with SEND and EAL, whilst also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
• To assist pupils so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement and wellbeing
