We seek to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join the staff team of our new and exciting Catholic High school in Twickenham that is rated as outstanding by Ofsted in both the Primary and Secondary schools. Experience and degree qualified preferable.

A Learning Support Assistant is a vital role in the support of some of our most vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will need to be intelligent, flexible, able to think on their feet and have the best interests of the pupil in the forefront of their mind at all times. This is a challenging but very rewarding role.

It is also a role particularly suited to people who would like to gain school experience and knowledge before embarking on a teaching career. St Richard Reynolds has strong links with PGCE providers in the area and nationally and is keen to develop internal talent the fullest.

This is a term-time only role for a maximum 36 hours a week. A part-time role may be considered but an 8am start will be required. Salary will be at scale 3 point 14, which is £15,364 FTE.
