We are seeking to appoint from 1st September 2018 an enthusiastic and motivated LSA to join our highly committed Inclusion Team at The Green School for Boys. The successful candidate will ensure that students with additional needs are integrated into the whole school environment and are making excellent progress. and will run specific interventions to assist the student’s individual learning and social needs. The LSA will also be responsible for implementing the learning targets in liaison with the SENDCO. Experience of working in a school environment or with young people would be an advantage.
The Green School for Boys is part of The Green School Trust, a Church of England Multi Academy Trust which also runs the highly successful Green School for Girls. This is an exciting time to join the Trust and be part of the founding staff team as The Green School for Boys begins it second year in September 2018.
A full programme of support for all new staff is provided. CPD and the development of leadership skills is an important part of the school culture and candidates who wish to progress their careers are encouraged to apply.
