This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for someone wishing to join our school as a permanent classroom assistant (Learning Support Assistant). Initially, we are seeking someone to work in Year 2, however this may change depending on the school’s needs.

An NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification is essential, as is experience of working in a primary setting. We are looking for someone confident to lead a group and follow the teachers’ plans. 

Excellent communication skills and a good standard of English are required. You must be hard-working, reliable, punctual and able to use your initiative. Teamwork is important as it ensures that we achieve the very best outcomes for our children. We are looking for someone who, with teacher support can supervise a class for periods.
