John Hampden Grammar School in High Wycombe is recruiting an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide academic support across the curriculum for pupils with Special Educational Needs at our Ofsted Outstanding grammar school. The successful candidate will have some knowledge of Special Educational Needs, ideally gained within a school environment. An LSA may also have additional out-of-lesson responsibilities for example 1:1 mentoring, laptop support, handwriting assessments, examination administration or modifying resources.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 INSET days) 8:45am-3:45pm ideally, though flexibility with working hours may be considered for a suitable candidate

Contract: One Year Fixed Term Contract (with potential to extend)
