Learning Support Assistant

The SEN Department at Raynes Park High School are in the process of expanding the existing team in order to cater for the current level of students with a Special Educational Need and Disability (SEND). We are seeking to appoint full‐time and part-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).  

The department supports students in a mainstream environment with an EHCP and coordinates support and differentiation for students who are SEN Support. The role requires the successful applicant to be a named Key Worker (KW) for identified students and provide support both inside and outside of the classroom. You will be part of a department where colleagues work collaboratively to share good practice, develop resources and celebrate the potential and success of each student. We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion with the desire to maintain the highest standards of provision for students with SEND. The ideal candidate would also be committed to continued professional development through the many opportunities offered by the school.

Raynes Park High School is a vibrant, student-focussed 11 – 19 secondary school rated “Good” by Ofsted in January 2019.
